Henderson Valley Studios demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can meet the challenge of affordable housing without compromise. Designed by Resolution Design, this medium-density development delivers 72 tenancies across 18 individually titled units, arranged within three purpose-designed buildings. Each unit contains four self-contained studio rooms with private ensuites and shared kitchen and living facilities.
The design balances privacy and connection, with a strong focus on functionality, natural light, and spatial efficiency. Secure access, quality landscaping, and close proximity to local services and transport options contribute to a safe and well-connected living environment. This project reflects our commitment to delivering purposeful, enduring spaces that respond to real social needs.
