Located on a generous 6,922m² site in the heart of Takanini, this exclusive development of 54 terraced homes showcases Resolution Design’s ability to deliver functional, community-oriented design at scale.
The project includes 42 two-bedroom homes with 1.5 bathrooms and 12 three-bedroom homes with 2.5 bathrooms, all thoughtfully arranged to optimise space, sunlight, and privacy.
