Sunil brings over a decade of experience in architecture, development planning, and regulatory expertise. With a portfolio spanning over $375M in built projects, he combines design excellence with a deep understanding of buildability, compliance, and strategic planning.

Sunil holds a Master of Architecture (Professional) with Merit, alongside degrees in Architectural Studies and Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington. A registered LBP designer and NZIA member, he’s also a published author and former lecturer, known for his thoughtful, outcome-driven approach to development.

Chris has been immersed in Auckland’s property development and project management landscape since 2014, leading the delivery of more than $280 million in residential housing across the region. With experience spanning every stage of the development process — from land acquisition and design through to consenting, construction procurement, sales, and final handover — he brings a practical, end-to-end understanding of how great projects come together.

Driven by both precision and creativity, Chris combines technical insight with a strong appreciation for design quality and market realities. Outside the office, he’s an accomplished musician who speaks Russian and French, enjoys fast motorbikes, and values slow weekends with family and friends.

Hanyu is an intermediate architectural graduate with a detail-oriented and design-conscious approach. She values thoughtful, practical solutions and enjoys working in collaborative environments. With an interest in compliant, well-resolved architecture, she brings a calm and considered perspective to her work.

Daniel is an Architectural Technician with a passion for turning ideas into beautifully detailed spaces. With experience across residential, civic, and infrastructure projects, he brings sharp technical skills and a problem-solving mindset to every brief.  He’s excited to be a part of Resolution Design and contribute to thoughtful, high-quality architecture with a creative team.

Shafali is an Architectural Technician with a background in architecture and interior design.  She has previously worked on large-scale commercial and residential projects in Oman, and is passionate about transforming ideas into built reality – from concept through to detailed design.  Committed to continually refining her technical expertise, Shafali strives to create designs that harmonise creativity and precision.  Her love of travel and exploration of different cultures continually inspire and enrich her design perspectives.

Originally from the historic city of Shiraz in Iran, Saeideh is an Architectural Technician with a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for design detail.  She enjoys turning ideas into clear, buildable documentation and values collaboration, precision, and practical results.  With a background in architecture and urban design, she approaches each project thoughtfully and with a solution-focused mindset.  Outside the studio, she enjoys hiking, painting, and gardening.
